The location of the hotel was great, very close to all the Christmas activities and markets in the city. The staff was also friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. the Christmas decorations in the lobby and restaurant were festive and really put us in the holiday spirit.
The hotel was quite old and in need of some major renovations. The rooms were cramped and uncomfortable, with old furniture and musty smells.

Located close to the city center, this hotel offers comfortable beds, clean rooms, and adequate breakfast. the decor may be old but everything works. You'll love the stairs that squeak like in old romance novels. Bathrooms are small but manageable. Some rooms have an interesting view and the restaurant has good reviews. the staff is friendly and speaks German. This hotel serves its purpose well.
The hotel could use some renovations to improve the overall ambiance.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast had a good variety of options and was reasonably priced. the free parking and central location were very convenient for exploring the area.
The hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some updates. Some of the fixtures were worn and could use replacing.
